Beyond the Script Rx is led by a licensed Doctor of Pharmacy — not a health coach or general wellness practitioner. This means you receive clinical precision in every session. We look at your actual medications, identify nutrient depletions, interpret your labs and build a plan grounded in pharmacological and metabolic science. That level of clinical depth is what sets us apart.

Medication Therapy Management (MTM) is a comprehensive review of all your medications including prescriptions, supplements and over the counter products. As your pharmacist I review your full medication list to identify potential interactions, nutrient depletions caused by your medications, dosing concerns and opportunities to optimize your regimen. MTM is included in all Beyond the Script Rx wellness packages.

A metabolic audit is a comprehensive assessment of your metabolic health — including your blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, waist circumference and energy levels. During your Initial Metabolic Audit Call we review your health history, current medications, any available lab work and your lifestyle to identify where your metabolism may be struggling and what can be done about it.

Personalized wellness services including the Initial Metabolic Audit Call and all wellness packages are currently available to residents of Texas and Georgia only in accordance with pharmacist licensure requirements. Our Metabolic Kitchen Audit ebook is available to everyone regardless of location.

All Beyond the Script Rx sessions are conducted virtually through our secure HIPAA compliant platform. You only need a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and stable internet connection. No travel required — we come to you.

The Initial Metabolic Audit Call is 60 minutes. Ongoing package check-in sessions are 45-60 minutes depending on your tier and the topics being addressed.

No. Beyond the Script Rx services are exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We do not provide services to minors under any circumstances.

All sessions are conducted through Practice Better — a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform designed specifically for wellness practitioners. You will receive a secure session link before each appointment.

The best first step is booking your Initial Metabolic Audit Call. This 60-minute session gives us a complete picture of your health history, medications, labs and goals. Please have the following ready before your call:

•     Any recent lab work from the past 12 months if available

•     A list of all supplements and vitamins you currently take

You can book up to 60 days in advance. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to allow time to review your intake form before your session.

No. Beyond the Script Rx is a private pay wellness practice and does not accept insurance of any kind. All services are paid directly by the client. Many clients find that the personalized clinical depth they receive far exceeds what insurance covered visits provide.

We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Package fees are billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis.

All sales are final. Beyond the Script Rx does not offer refunds under any circumstances including the Initial Metabolic Audit Call, wellness packages and the Metabolic Kitchen Audit ebook. Please review our full Terms and Conditions before purchasing.

After your Initial Metabolic Audit Call you will receive a credit code via email. This code is applied at checkout when you purchase any wellness package and reduces your first month's payment by $197. The credit does not apply automatically — you must use the code provided.

All wellness packages require a minimum 3-month commitment. This is intentional — metabolic health transformation takes time and we want to give you enough runway to see real results.

Yes , you can upgrade your package at any time. Contact us at hello@beyondthescriptrx.com and we will make the transition seamless.

Your package automatically renews monthly after the initial 3-month period. You may cancel with 30 days written notice after your commitment period ends.

Beyond the Script Rx is expanding in 2027 with the addition of a certified personal trainer for Optimization Protocol and Full Script clients. Current pricing reflects our founding member rates. Clients who enroll before the 2027 expansion lock in their current rate and receive personal training as an added benefit when it launches.

PharmD stands for Doctor of Pharmacy. It is a doctoral level professional degree requiring four years of pharmacy school following undergraduate education. As a PharmD Elizabeth Asibey has extensive clinical training in pharmacology, medication management, patient counseling and metabolic health.

Yes. Elizabeth Asibey, PharmD is a licensed pharmacist in both Texas and Georgia with four years of experience across retail, inpatient, specialty and PBM pharmacy settings.

No, and it is not designed to. Beyond the Script Rx works alongside your existing healthcare team to fill the gaps your doctor does not have time to address. We always encourage clients to maintain their relationship with their primary care physician and specialists. Our role is to complement and enhance your care — not replace it.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows without notice will be charged the full session fee.
