In order to provide pharmacist-led wellness consulting, medication therapy management support, lab education, health coaching, scheduling, billing, and related client services, the Company may collect personally identifiable information and health-related information, including but not limited to:

•       Health history information voluntarily provided by the client

•       Medication information

•       Laboratory results or health metrics voluntarily submitted by the client

Health-related information may be collected through the Company’s secure client portal and telehealth systems, including Practice Better.

If you purchase the Company’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

The Company’s services are educational and wellness-oriented in nature and are not intended to establish a physician-patient relationship or provide medical diagnosis.

•       Practice Better — a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform providing secure encrypted communication and storage of protected health information.

•       Stripe — PCI DSS compliant payment processing with industry standard encryption. Beyond the Script Rx PLLC does not store raw payment or financial data on its own servers.

•       Squarespace — SSL encryption and secure hosting infrastructure.

While the Company uses commercially reasonable safeguards and third-party secure platforms, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

IX. Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. The Company may retain health-related records, billing records, and legally required documentation as required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, professional standards, or legitimate business operations.
